Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services Inc. is seeking a part-time Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW) to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across York, PA. You will work independently with clinical support, ensuring high-quality mental health services during core hours.

The role emphasizes empathy, progress, and a passion for older adults. No nights or on-call, with flexible start/end times within business hours.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW in PA/DC/MD/VA.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling to residents.
• Coordinate care with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services).
• Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGS protocols.
• Educate staff and support holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
