Job summary

The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Must hold a valid FL state license and registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals tailored to patient capacity under physician direction.
• Document patient condition, educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care; maintain progress notes and discharge documentation.
