Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing in Oklahoma.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of communication skills and swallowing functions.
• Provide treatment plans to maximize communication and swallowing potential.
• Collaborate with nurses and other therapists to ensure cohesive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers for post-discharge success at home.
• Produce quality documentation as required.
