Job summary

Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice in Massachusetts seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide rehabilitative services. Flexible daytime hours and PRN administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have MA SLP license, 1–3 years geriatrics or rehab experience, and strong English communication. The role supports patients, families, and caregivers, coordinating with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA Speech-Language Pathologist with active, good-standing credential.
• 1–3 years of experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or related rehab.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients for speech and language disorders and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide rehabilitative speech-language therapy and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document progress and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
