Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or certification as a Social Worker in the state of employment.
• Experience in Long-Term Care, geriatrics, or related field.
• Strong assessment, counseling and crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify residents' social, emotional, and environmental needs.
