Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completed U.S. residency program.
• Certified Medical Director certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid medical license in NH and willingness to obtain ME license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director/Attending Physician for SNFs/rehabs.
• Attend monthly QA/regulatory meetings and quarterly staff meetings.
• Oversee clinical care plans and compliance with regs.
• Collaborate with NPs to manage daily resident care across facilities.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for residents.
