Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure; CCC-SLP preferred.
• CFY candidates may be considered for CF supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of residents’ speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication and dysphagia.
• Educate residents and families on communication strategies and safety.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and billing per facility policy.
