Job summary

Discovery at Home in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive SLP services in assisted living communities with potential home visits. The role requires CCCs and Florida licensure, and supervision is not available for CFY candidates.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $62 per hour, with full-time benefits including health/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, PTO, holidays, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with match, and ongoing continuing education

Qualifications

• Must hold CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Must hold and maintain Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to geriatric patients in assisted/independent living communities, with some home visits.
• Manage caseload within Medicare Part A Home Health and Part B services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA background screening requirements.
