Sugar Maple Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home care services in Fort Myers, FL. The role offers an hourly rate of $40–$62 and follows a Mon-Fri schedule with weekends optional and PRN opportunities.

Candidates must hold CCCs; supervision is not available for new grads completing their Clinical Fellowship. Prior home health experience is a plus as we tailor visits to patient needs.

Qualificações

• Must have CCCs.

• Experience in home health is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language pathology services in patients' homes in Fort Myers, FL.
• Assess, diagnose and treat communication disorders as part of home health care.
