Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and licensed by the state of Florida.
• Clinical experience or geriatrics specialty skills.
• Ability to relate positively to customers and families and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel on the unit.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring nursing personnel as requested.
• Maintain consistent practices and effectively communicate performance expectations.
• Assign duties, work hours, breaks and meals for nursing staff on the unit.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.
