LindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, person-centered care for older adults across short-term rehab and long-term skilled nursing settings. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring quality outcomes with a compassionate team.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.
• Experience with geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Ability to protect confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill residents' total nursing needs in a compliant, person-centered manner.
• Perform assessments, medication administration, and continuous monitoring of residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
