LindenGrove Menomonee Falls, Illuminus Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver holistic care for older adults across short-term rehab and long-term skilled nursing. The campus, near Community Memorial Hospital, emphasizes person-centered nursing and thorough assessments, medication administration, documentation, and coordination of care.

The RN will provide total resident care, follow state regulations, and may supervise staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
• Ability to relate well to all individuals.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs.
• Include all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation.
• Ensure provision of person-centered care.
