Illuminus is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) for LindenGrove New Berlin in Wisconsin. The role covers PM shifts with both full-time and part-time options, delivering comprehensive nursing care and assessments for older adults in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and ensuring person-centered care, while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin.
• Active CPR.
• Knowledge/experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services.
• Ability to relate well to all individuals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities
