Meadowview Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse/ Geriatric Program Director to lead our new psychiatric units. You will oversee daily operations of evidence-based programming, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care aligned with treatment plans and accreditation standards.

The role emphasizes program development, milieu safety, and collaboration with clinicians to advance recovery outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required; must provide a valid Illinois State RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least five years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations of evidence-based programming and leads program development.
• Provides clinical supervision of program dynamics within the acute therapeutic milieu.
