Job summary

Psychiatric Medical Care LLC invites applications for a Program Director RN for Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient program serving seniors with depression and anxiety. You will lead a small team, coordinate care with a physician, therapist, and office staff, and drive referrals through hospital partners and community resources.

The role supports Monday–Friday, no weekends and no on-call, with competitive benefits and opportunities for education assistance.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in the state of practice preferred
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator serving the senior population
• Engage with the local community through education and outreach
• Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Grow and maintain patient census
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
