Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Jersey is seeking a Geriatric RN for the Per Diem Days shift to join our Magnet-designated team. This role emphasizes collaborative care, precise assessments, and adherence to Standards of Care.

The RN must hold NJ RN licensure, with BSN preferred and BLS certification; 1 year of geriatric, critical care, or ED experience is preferred. Per diem schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• 1 year of Critical Care, Emergency Department or Geriatric experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.

Requirements:

Salary Range: 46.00 - 46.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
