Job summary

Carlyle Senior Care of Fork is seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join our team in Fork, SC. Full-Time 1st and 2nd shifts are available, Monday–Friday with no weekend work, offering a robust benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time RNs.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate and ongoing data collection and charting of the resident’s condition and status.
• Communicate with the physicians regarding resident’s needs and changes in their conditions.
• Collaborate with others to ensure the residents’ well‑being.
• Assist residents and family members with concerns and privacy in a courteous and respectful manner.

We are currently offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to Full-Time RN's

Positions Available:

• Full Time 1st Shift- works Monday-Friday ONLY from 7am-3pm (No Weekends) and eligible for full benefits package
• Full Time 2nd Shift- works Monday-Friday ONLY from 3pm-11pm (No Weekends) and eligible for full benefits package.
• PRN - works as needed and when available on various shifts.

Requirements:

• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Valid Registered Nurse License and CPR certification
• Patience and Desire to work with older adults.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Make accurate and ongoing data collection and charting of the resident’s condition and status.

• Assist resident’s and family members with concern and empathy. Respect their confidentiality and privacy and communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Administer medications to residents in an accurate, timely manner. Monitor and document medication for residents for effectiveness of drugs and occurrence of adverse effects.
• Assists residents with providing hands on care as needed.
• Support, participate in developing and following residents individualized plan of care.
