Job summary

Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include administering treatments, monitoring patients, assisting with ADLs, and educating families on health care maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the state.
• No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Experience in geriatric care or long-term/assisted living is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Educate patients and families about health care maintenance.
• Observe and report changes in patient’s condition.
• Assist with geriatric care needs.
