Job summary

NOVO Rehabilitation is a faith-based therapy company focused on geriatric care. The Rehabilitation Technician supports the therapy team by assisting with daily tasks, transporting residents to the gym, and ensuring clean, organized spaces for treatment sessions.

Documentation input is also required. Qualifications include prior patient-care experience, computer literacy with data-entry, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license with adequate insurance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with patient care in a nursing home or hospital is preferred.
• Computer literate; experience with data-entry is a plus.
• Strong organization skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapy team with daily tasks and patient flow.
• Transport residents to/from the gym for treatment sessions.
• Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and spaces; organize related areas.
• Input and update relevant documentation in software systems.
