Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatments.
• Ability to supervise and direct assistants and aides.
• Understanding of physical modalities and their applications.
• Knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic devices and assistive devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and treatment planning.
• Document services in medical records and ensure compliance.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides and coordinate with team.
• Communicate progress with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
