The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our compassionate care team. You will assess patients needing rehab, create evidence-based plans, and guide therapy to help residents regain function and independence in daily activities.

In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise PT assistants, maintain thorough documentation, and educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress, while

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Florida PT license and registration.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Strong documentation skills, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Punctual, professional, and patient-centered care.
• Adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA and Residents' Rights.

Responsabilidades
