BrightSpring Health Services in Seattle seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for a PRN Home & Community program. This W2 role offers flexibility with an interdisciplinary team and in-home outpatient OT services to help clients regain independence in daily life.

You will evaluate, plan, and monitor care, support transitions back to work and driving, and ensure meaningful activities while avoiding weekend shifts. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted OT license in state of practice
• Current CPR Certification
• At least 1 year of OT experience
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological diagnoses preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations; recommend home and community safety measures and provide resources
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and outcomes

Overview

Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Seattle. This is a W2 PRN role (not 1099), offering flexibility with the stability, support, and collaboration of an interdisciplinary care team.

Our innovative model brings outpatient level occupational therapy directly to clients, helping them regain independence in the environments where daily life actually happens.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver functional occupational therapy in home and community settings
• Support clients as they transition back to work, back to driving, and increase community participation
• Address real‑life skills such as daily routines, community mobility, and independence with meaningful activities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and LCSWs

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Current CPR Certification
• At least one year’s experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking or standing for extended periods
• Additional physical requirements: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and frequent positioning
• Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on policy, local and state regulations to verify physical capacity for duties with or without accommodations

Salary Range

USD $50.00 - $60.00 / Hour
