Job summary

Bethesda Health Group seeks an LPN to provide basic nursing care, assess residents on admission and ongoing, and document changes for the care team. You will participate in care planning, implement nursing orders, and ensure safe medication administration with timely documentation.

IV fluids are handled if IV certified, while SBARR is used to notify physicians of changes. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing.
• Document assessments accurately and notify IDT of significant changes.
• Participate in care planning and update plans as interventions change.
• Administer medications and treatments safely; IV fluids if IV certified.
• Communicate care plan to residents and families; maintain SBAR as needed.
