TMC is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team serving adult and geriatric populations. You will mentor therapists, collaborate with facility leadership, and keep patient-centered care as the priority.

Qualifications

• Licensed professionals in PT/OT/SLP with state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PT/OT/SLP/ PTA/COTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the facility’s rehabilitation therapy program.
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team while creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Help clinicians deliver personalized, patient-centered rehabilitation focused on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life.
• Partner with facility leadership, nursing, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes and continuity of care.
• Support therapist development through coaching, mentorship, communication, and ongoing clinical guidance.
• Oversee therapy operations, including staffing, scheduling, productivity, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and program performance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow rehabilitation services while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care.
• Monitor patient and program outcomes and collaborate with your team to continuously improve the rehabilitation experience.
• Foster a culture where therapists feel supported, valued, accountable, and empowered to succeed.
• Serve as a trusted partner to facility leadership while advocating for both patients and the therapy team.
