Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation in homes and senior living communities. You will implement care plans that promote independence and mobility, and document patient progress.

Working closely with supervising Physical Therapists, you will educate caregivers, support safety, and contribute to ongoing improvements in older adult mobility and function within a patient-centered, collaborative team.
