Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help improve mobility, balance, strength and functional independence for older adults.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress accurately, and educate patients and caregivers to promote understanding and adherence.

Qualifications
