Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based geriatric therapy in St. Petersburg, FL.

This PRN role offers flexible visits and the chance to help residents age in place while maintaining independence. Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT treatments under the plan of care, aiding mobility and function, documenting accurately, and communicating with physicians and families.

Formación

• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
• Active Florida PTA license is required.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
