Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN home-visit role in Tarpon Springs, FL. Compensation is $65 per 4-unit treatment, with flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy to support geriatric residents in aging in place.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT under a care plan, advancing mobility and independence, and maintaining clear communication with the care team and families.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
• Compassionate geriatric care and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care for home-visit patients
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation of visits
