Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training, educate patients and families, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and well-being.
