Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.

You will document progress in EMRs, partner with an interdisciplinary care team, and benefit from strong clinical support and growth

Qualifications

• Experience providing rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Ability to implement PT plans with minimal supervision.
• Strong documentation and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training.
• Implement functional mobility interventions to improve independence.
