Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy in a Margate, FL Assisted Living Facility. The role offers a pay of $50 per treatment and flexible PRN visits, with care delivered in one location to minimize driving between homes.

Responsibilities include implementing the plan of care, promoting mobility and independence, and maintaining clear communication with physicians, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
