Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities in Okeechobee, FL. We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality geriatric therapy, helping residents maintain independence and age in place.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation at $65 per 4-unit treatment, and the autonomy to select assignments that fit your availability while collaborating with a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
