Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities and private home visits in Palm Bay. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our geriatric care team.

As a PRN PTA, you will deliver skilled treatments under the plan of care, help residents improve mobility and independence, and communicate with physicians, families, and the care team. The role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy within a collaborative environment,

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
