Sobe Innovative Rehab in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home-visit geriatric therapy under a plan of care. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay at $65 per 4-unit treatment, autonomy in clinical decision-making, and collaboration with a dedicated care team to help residents maintain independence.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT, promoting mobility, documenting accurately, and communicating with physicians

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
