Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered physical therapy. In this role you’ll work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, independence and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will follow patient progress, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
