Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You will work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

In this role, you’ll focus on quality outcomes, safe practice, and clinical autonomy while benefiting from flexible scheduling and a supportive, therapist-driven team.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and safety.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility and independence for adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress.
