Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide at-home geriatric therapy in Deltona, FL. You will work PRN, delivering skilled treatments and helping residents maintain independence and age in place.

Responsibilities include treatments under plan of care, mobility improvement, and clear communication with the care team. Requires Florida PTA license and an associate degree, with a preference for 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities
