Job summary

NOVO Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist in Enid, Oklahoma to evaluate residents for short-term rehabilitation stays and long-term care as needed. The role emphasizes compassionate care for the geriatric population, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to Medicare guidelines.

Tuition reimbursement is available for full-time associates, supporting ongoing professional development and commitment to high-quality therapy services in a faith-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from a physical therapist accredited program.
• Must have passing score on the national physical therapy exam.
• Current, active licensure in OK as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain CEUs as required by the state board.
• Ability to complete documentation efficiently for reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality physical therapy services and accepts referrals per standards and procedures.
• Evaluates data to ensure the plan of care supports safety and well-being.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants as needed to justify skilled services and plan of care.
• Educates patients and families on therapy techniques to support daily activities.
• Completes daily treatment notes, progress notes, recertifications, and discharges.
