Job summary

NOVO Rehabilitation in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver skilled PT services under a licensed Physical Therapist, helping geriatric residents improve mobility and balance.

You will implement care plans, coordinate with the supervising PT, and complete timely documentation to support Medicare guidelines and patient progress. Licensure in OK, NPTE, and CEU maintenance are required, with tuition reimbursement for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Pass the state NPTE exam.
• Current, active OK licensure as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Maintain CEUs to stay in good standing with the board.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Coordinate with the supervising PT to align goals with patient needs.
• Implement care plans to reach short/long-term goals.
• Complete daily treatment notes, progress notes, and discharges timely.
