FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its geriatric house calls in Henderson, NV, offering in-home PT services to older adults in private homes or senior living communities. Clinicians enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful outcomes through a one-on-one care model.

Therapists can use telehealth as appropriate, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence while fostering strong patient relationships.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care).
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

Educación

Valid Physical Therapy license
