Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation & Healing Center in New York seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing setting. • Must hold a valid license/registration for the state of practice.

• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in appropriate PT methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care and maintain professional standards.
