Theradynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned SNF/assisted living teams in New York. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients recovering from surgery or illnesses, and develop individualized plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible New York State PT license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgery, neurological events, and deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Support patients' return to highest level of independence.
