Job summary

Theradynamics in New York is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned team in an Assisted Living/SNF setting, evaluating and treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and other conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and help patients return to their highest level of independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for NY State Physical Therapy license.
• DPT or MS in PT from accredited program.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and other conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients regain independence and function.
• Manage a reasonable caseload with clinical judgment respected.
