In our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgeries and medical events, develop focused plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master''s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence.
• Maintain manageable caseloads and exercise clinical judgment.
