Job summary

TheraDynamics, a therapist-owned rehabilitation company serving the Tri-State area, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Skilled Nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
• Manage a meaningful, but manageable caseload and apply evidence-based care.
