Qualifications

• Licensed/certified PTA eligible in Florida (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety and quality of life.
• Perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and education for patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.
