Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant credential.
• Experience providing therapy to seniors in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans focusing on mobility, function and safety.
• Lead therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training for seniors.
• Assist with functional activities and accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support ongoing care and safety.
