Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team on-site, serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety and quality of life, perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, EMR documentation, and patient/caregiver education as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is valued.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to provide care.

Responsibilities

• Implement PTA treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Lead therapeutic exercise and gait/balance training.
