Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join a multidisciplinary team serving adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings, addressing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns for residents with complex needs.

The role requires a doctoral-level psychologist license or a master's-level social worker/counselor with current state licensure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assessment techniques and psychotherapy approaches.
• Familiarity with the DSM and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents with consent and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with primary care physicians, facility staff, and support staff.
• Document treatment plans and sessions within 48 hours for medical records.
• Communicate facility care needs and recommendations to the team.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards.
