• Provide guidance related to psychiatric illnesses to facility staff.
• Conduct monthly oversight with supervising psychiatrist.
• Maintain communications with patients and their families.
• Ensure a customer-oriented approach to patient care.
• Uphold high professionalism and confidentiality.
